Magic Carwash Booragoon
Sent a 2000km old car for a auto wash and vac today. This is how it was returned.Scratches in unusual areas both on bonnet, roof and tailgate and the tub never saw water.The businesses position is to defend without inspection and to defer any form of responsibility again without inspection.Cannot say for sure that the scratches did not exist but 4 seperate marks to the steel that I did not previously know about on a 3 month old 2000kms old car found post “wash”

They do a very good job cleaning the car. Wash, vacuum, interior wipe, some kind of liquid polish applied, tyre shine.However, at $109 for 30min work it's not something I'd have done on a regular basis.

Very professional, helpful and quality products. Service was great, noticed a couple of minor issues the machine and perhaps the attendants missed they were only too happy to grab some different products and whoosh it was gone. Tipped the guy because I felt it was exemplary service.

My husband and I have a Saint Bernard who often travels in the back of my Honda Jazz. She drops hair constantly and drools on everything! My car was absolutely wrecked when I brought it in to Magic Carwash Booragoon for detailing. The team didn’t make a fuss of the absolute state of my car, they just got to it. And my oh my did they do a fantastic job! Incredible customer service and a spotless interior! I’ll definitely be back!

Excellent end results. I wouldn’t hesitate to go with the service. Not pushy sales tactics, but you can see the hard work and effort you paid for. Definitely recommendation for a full detailing even if just once, the difference is notable.
