My Lord!!!The OLD A.S.E.A.N CN dude working here is just Rude and unacceptably unreasonable. How can a staff like that even be and got hired by crown. This is just Sick and wrong in many ways. i just felt CANCER by looking at his CN FACE!!!

The PR is the invitation only higher rollers club" set in the old Windows restaurant venue. Great views over the Swan river to Perth city and the nightly sunset. As far as I know it's the only venue in WA where patrons can smoke inside. Great if you are a smoker

Gone so far down hill you will need hiking boots to get out. The live music in the pearl room is totally out of order, too loud when your trying to play cards. Also sounds like bad karaoke most of the time, many complaints but to no avail

there used to be an Arrogant, ignorant OLD A.S.E.A.N Chinese dude named Simon, in his 40- 50's Swollen dimples and Gigantic big MOUTH working in this Crown pearl ROOM, he always disrespect the clients and showing grumpy FACE to them to the VIP members as- IF he had too much Clients and Customers on his plate. Well, Karma strikes back. I heard now there isn't Enough Clients or Customer to cover the Costs of their Loss to the point where they giving OUT free wines and free rooms. GOD served them RIGHTS!!!!

The Pearl Room was ok. I liked the food was very tasty and fast. The only place you can get coconut water with ice . It is very smokey.

Came here with a friend and her family. It was just a really enjoyable night. Service and food was lovely.
