Friendly and attentive customer service. Came for ‘High Tea’. The ‘grey goose and ‘wishing fountain’ was a nice and fun novelty! Something different - Glad for the experience. We throughly enjoyed the ‘set up’ and appreciated the ambiance of it all. Cocktails were delicious and eye catchy, the Savoury and sweet treats presented well and nice tasting, but did not do enough to bring us back for more of the food, however - over all a ‘good’ experience.

Pleasant High Tea experience in the Lobby Lounge. Food was great. The service was very good and staff always friendly. Lovely ambience, we had a good time !

We did a Mother’s Day high tea special, we chose the glass of champagne option instead of cocktails - was very easy to book - I did this over the phone.On the day was created by fantastic staff, we were sat in the champagne lounge, plenty of space and not over crowded at all. We added an extra champagne glass and was shocked how much one glass was but didn’t turn us from the beautiful high tea we had.Staff very accomodating, didn’t rush us out and were able to split bill no issues. Will be doing again next year!

Just had the L'amour high tea at The Lobby Lounge. Very delicious and staff were very attentive.Requested halal and veg alternatives and were catered for perfectly.Will definitely be back for the next themed high tea!

We stayed at Crown and decided to try the Lobby Lounge for breakfast. Quite disappointing for the price you pay. Staff were Friendly, although it took around 30 mins for our dishes and it wasn't overly busy. I had the pancake stack, which reads well on the menu but is very underwhelming when served. The drizzle of syrup seemed to have evaporated before it got to me so the pancakes were very dry to eat and with a squirt of what looked like the end of canned cream and a few strawberries it wasnt enjoyable at all. Hot chocolate was quite tasteless, the one in the machine in the casino is better. Partner said coffee was OK, but Eggs Benny was pretty basic.

Fantastic service & very enjoyable Festive High Tea & Cocktail. Good value for money.Food was absolutely yummy & Cocktail was divine. Waiter & waitresses were friendly & kept topping our water, offered bottomless coffee & teas without us having to ask..

Great place to relax & unwind, plenty of cocktail options & great place to people watch. In saying that the furniture needs a big clean, considering it is a 5 star hotel

The staff were amazing, they were both attentive and easy to talk to. And the cocktails were just delightful. Nice and sweet.
